To help us provide the safest, most effective treatment for your skin, we highly encourage completing the comprehensive consultation form at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. This gives us time to review your skin history and tailor your treatment plan in advance — learn why this matters. Forms submitted after this window may result in your appointment needing to be rescheduled.
We understand that life happens, and plans can change. To help us serve all our clients effectively, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellation. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make necessary adjustments. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a $50 fee or forfeiture of your deposit/payment/gift certificate. No-shows will be billed the full amount of the scheduled session. If we ever need to cancel on our end, we will make sure to reschedule or issue a refund promptly. Your satisfaction is always our priority. Thank you for your understanding!
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. We’re happy to work with you and reassess our standard cancellation policy in these situations.
There is ample street parking available. If you feel more comfortable parking in the driveway, please park closest to the sidewalk (not pulling all the way in) on the west side of the driveway.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes early, please send us a quick text to confirm we’re ready for you.
Payment is due at the time of service. If you’re using a gift certificate or voucher, please present it at your appointment. We accept Cash, Venmo, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Thank you for your understanding!
